If you receive the "Something went wrong. Please try again later." error message on Wordtune, it may be caused by one of several reasons.

This may be a local issue

This may be a local issue, which is a great news! That's because a local issue means it's something that can be solved on your end.

1) Login and Log out:

To resolve a local issue, first start by refreshing your screen then log out and login again

2) Uninstall the extension and clear your cookies:

Uninstall any Wordtune extensions you have ( if you have any)

Next, and most importantly, clear your cookies and cache from Wordtune using this link here.

Once that has been done, you will need to reinstall any Wordtune extension you have removed.

Reinstall the Wordtune Write extension here. And reinstall the extension for Wordtune Read, click here.

To learn how to uninstall and reinstall the extension click below:

Please note: make sure your browser is updated.

3) Network Connection:

If the problem still persists, that could mean the problem is with your network.

First, try to resolve this by turning your Wi-Fi network off and on again.

Next you may want to try another WiFi network or a hotspot. If it occurs at work, please speak with your IT department about the permissions on the network.
