If you receive the "Something went wrong. Please try again later." error message on Wordtune, it may be caused by one of several reasons.

1) More than one device is using your Wordtune account at the same time.

You can have Wordtune installed on several devices, but it can only function on one at any given time. If so, it's important to make sure you are the only person that has access to your Wordtune account.
If you need to change passwords, please follow the instructions on this page.

2) You are reaching the minute, hourly or daily usage limit.

In order to protect our servers from overload, there's a limit to the minute, hourly and daily usage of Wordtune. This limit is the same for free and for premium users. Normal use of Wordtune shouldn't reach this limit, but if you do, please reach out to us via the messenger in the bottom right hand corner of this screen, describing the issue, and describing how you use Wordtune.

3) There may be a bug!

If you've ruled out 1) and 2) above, then please contact us straight away through the messenger in the bottom right hand corner of this page. Our support staff and engineers get to the bottom of it straight away!
