The following solutions may be useful if your Premium subscription is showing up as a Free subscription:
☝🏼 Make sure you are logged into the correct account. Go to your account page and you will see your email address under your Wordtune profile image.
Log out and log back in again (Even if you were logged into the correct email address - it refreshes the account).
If you still see your account as free, it's a local issue. That means it's something you can fix on your own! Uninstall the app, clear your cookies, and reinstall the app once that's done.
Note that you can still clear your cookies even if you didn't have the extension/app
