If you have a premium account, but your account shows up as a free account, please try these different solutions in the order they are presented:

  1. First, make sure you’re logged in to the correct account. You will see your email address written under the profile image of your Wordtune account.

2. Visit the signup page without interacting with it. This can solve the issue by syncing your data across our systems.

3. If your account is still showing as free, this could be a local issue. Please try uninstalling the app, and clearing your cookies, cache, and site history for app.wordtune.com.

4. After clearing your cookies, cache and site history, reinstall the Wordtune extension by clicking here. You can see an example of how to do this in the image below:
