If you have a Premium account, but your account happens to be showing up as a Free account, please try these different solutions in the order they are presented:
First, it's important to verify that you’re logged in to the correct account. To do this, go to your account page. There, you will see the email address with which you logged in, written under the profile image of your Wordtune account.

After you've done that, log out and login again. ( Even if you were logged into the correct email - it's a good way to refresh the account)
2. If your account is still showing as free, this could be a local issue. That means it's something you can resolve on your end! Please try uninstalling the app, clearing your cookies, and then reinstalling the app once that is done
*Note: if you did not have the extension/app, you can still clear your cookies and it will help
