When you receive a "Something Went Wrong.." message about an error with your account, it may be caused by an issue with your internet connection or cellular data connection. Double check everything is set up correctly.

Below are a few steps that can easily help you to solve this error:

- If you are connected to Wi-fi, toggle your Wi-Fi off and on:

- If you are connected to "cellular data", make sure to turn off and on.

After that done, try to use the App or Keyboard again, whether it be to Sign up ( creating a new account) or Login ( entering a pre-existing account), or simply use the Keyboard

First try closing out the app and opening it back up again

Next try restarting your phone - this tends to help with many iPhone issues.

Then you can try to Sign up, Log in, or use the keyboard again
