5 best tips to ask a question and get the best results:
1) Ask a question or search for a topic based on the content of your library documents:
2) Keep the question relatively short and to the point. As a rule of thumb, questions should be no longer than one sentence.
3) Type the question you would like to ask. Start with: Who / Where / Why / Did / How etc. End your question with a question mark "?"
4) Prefer factual questions over opinion questions, like: “What is my favorite color?”
5) Don’t stop there, ask and search for a follow up question in the search field.
Remarks:
In case we couldn't find an answer to your question, you will receive the message “No matches found in your Library”. Make sure you are asking questions related to your documents.
