We have just released a new feature, "Question answering", which allows you to ask questions and find all answers in your library from your document repository. Here are some guidelines for asking your library a question, check it out!

How to ask your library a question?

  • At the homepage and the library you will notice a search box 🔍 on the bottom of the page.

  • Click on “Ask your library a question” and type your question.

  • Click enter, to search for answers in your documents.

Here's an example:

5 best tips to ask a question and get the best results:

1) Ask a question or search for a topic based on the content of your library documents:

2) Keep the question relatively short and to the point. As a rule of thumb, questions should be no longer than one sentence.

3) Type the question you would like to ask. Start with: Who / Where / Why / Did / How etc. End your question with a question mark "?"

4) Prefer factual questions over opinion questions, like: “What is my favorite color?”

5) Don’t stop there, ask and search for a follow up question in the search field.

Remarks:

In case we couldn't find an answer to your question, you will receive the message “No matches found in your Library”. Make sure you are asking questions related to your documents.
