Basic Troubleshooting Steps

🔧 You can troubleshoot any technical difficulties by following these steps. In most cases, these steps will fix any bugs or errors:

General Troubleshooting:

  1. Restart your browser:

    • Close and reopen your browser fully. This ensures that any temporary browser-related issues are cleared.

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies:

    • In addition to clearing cookies, clear your browser's cache to resolve performance or login issues.

Extension Users:

  1. Detailed uninstallation instructions:

    • Click the puzzle icon in the upper right-hand corner of Chrome.

    • Locate Wordtune and select "Remove."

  2. Reinstalling ensures you are using the latest version and resolves issues related to corrupted or incomplete installation.

Specific Troubleshooting for Access Issues

If you’re able to log in but cannot access the Wordtune panel after trying the general steps above:

  1. Try a different browser:

    • Switching to another browser can determine if the issue is browser-specific.

  2. Follow all general steps above:

    • Ensure you’ve cleared browser cookies, restarted your browser, and reinstalled the extension.
