If you’re trying to manage your Wordtune subscription, the first step is identifying which account it’s linked to. Follow the steps below to find your subscription.
Check Which Account Has an Active Subscription
If you’re unsure which account you used:
Try logging in to Wordtune with all of your email addresses
Check which account shows an active subscription
If You Signed Up Using Apple (“Hide My Email”)
If you used Apple to sign up, your subscription may be linked to a private relay email address instead of your personal email.
To find it:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your Apple ID
Go to iCloud
Tap Hide My Email
Look for any relay email addresses associated with Wordtune
Once you find the correct email:
Use it to log in to Wordtune, or
Share it with support for assistance
Still Can’t Find Your Subscription?
If you’re unable to locate your account, contact Wordtune support.
To help them assist you faster, include:
Any email addresses you may have used
Apple relay email addresses (if applicable)
Payment or billing details
Support can help you locate your subscription and assist with cancellations or refund requests.
